Your unconscious thinking is what got you where you are.

Every coaching relationship with me begins with a complimentary exploratory session where we will discuss your goals and struggles, and how coaching may benefit you.  There is absolutely no pressure to sign up, this is simply an opportunity to get to know each other and decide whether working together would be a good fit for each of us.


Everyone needs a coach.  Full stop.  Being deliberate about your goals, behavior, and thought patterns is one of the most powerful forms of self-care available, and sometimes the best way to do that is to get some outside help.

The human brain is powerful tool, but humans also frequently find themselves in unhelpful emotional, cognitive, and behavior patterns.  Coaching can help you bring awareness to these patterns, as well as help you uncover their root cause.  Together we will set intentions in the areas of your life that you want to uplevel, and will work toward the change you desire.  

We will meet face-to-face, over Zoom, from the comfort of your own home.  We will discuss your goals, set intentions, and identify the unique obstacles in your life that are keeping you from living a life that is more joyful, fulfilling, and balanced.  

We will work together to uncover limiting beliefs, painful cognitive patterns, and emotional blocks that keep you from showing up as the woman, partner, and mother that you wish you be.

You will leave each session with new insights, tools, and clarity, while learning to tune into your own inner wisdom.

Our first session together will be a brief, complimentary meeting over Zoom, where we will discuss what you hope to achieve in coaching and how I can help you.    We use this session to each decide if working together will be a good fit.  If we mutually agree to extend our coaching relationship, we will decide together which of my coaching packages will fit your needs and goals.   Click here to schedule our exploratory session.

The only people for whom coaching is not a good fit are people who are not yet ready to do the emotional and cognitive labor of change.  It’s not wrong to not yet be ready. Change cannot be forced, coerced, or rushed.  It can be a painful, vulnerable process to open yourself up to your own inner workings.  When you’re ready to do this difficult and immensely rewarding work, you will know.

There may also be individuals who require additional support beyond coaching for various reasons, including extreme trauma or mental illness.  In these cases, coaching can be a wonderful complement to working with a qualified therapist.

Coaching with me is a 4-5 figure investment in yourself and your growth.  Engagements are customized to your individual needs and goals, but I work with my clients for a minimum of 3-6 months.
